Case Study: M Brett Painting
M Brett Painting performs a wide variety of painting, wall coverings and pressure washing services, for the commercial, residential and industrial markets.
With over 200 clients between two distinct client groups (commercial and residential) M Brett Painting found it impossible to manually keep track of projects in a timely and orderly fashion – which led to erroneous reporting.
To complete their management cycle, M Brett was required to print a variety of reports, with information that then needed to be manually added to complete the project tracking. “We need to be able to create an accurate WIP schedule that can easily update cost projections with immediate revision results.”
Their problem was solved with Cabbage.

Case Study: OWI Contractors, LLC
OWI Contractors, LLC is a privately held, CT State certified “Woman Owned Small/Minority Business Enterprise,” providing general contracting services in the state of Connecticut.
For OWI, the process of verifying project profitability was haphazard at best. They needed to use several reports in order to complete a project estimate, which made the confirmation of values confusing. Because of this, many times the task of review was ignored.
An inability to make cost changes directly to projects led to a lengthy and overwhelming process of verifying changes. OWI needed changes to be made directly to the report that would automatically update the project values.
Cabbage, integrated to Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) solved the problem.
